Outvero is the trading name of Outvero Ltd, a company based in Leeds, United Kingdom. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About our services

Outvero provides done-for-you B2B outbound services, including prospect research, list building, email, LinkedIn and phone outreach, reply handling and meeting booking. The website gives general information about these services.

Any work we do for a client is covered by a separate written agreement or proposal. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these terms, the agreement takes priority.

2. No guarantee of results

Outbound results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing and sales process. Unless a written client agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee any specific number of replies, meetings, sales or revenue. Any examples or figures on the website are for illustration only.

3. Founding client programme

From time to time we may offer free or discounted services to a limited number of founding clients. Places are offered at our discretion, and the specific terms will be agreed in writing before any work begins. We may change or close the programme at any time.

4. Booking a call

Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation on either side. You agree to give accurate details when booking. We may cancel or reschedule a call, and we may decline to work with any business.

5. Using the website

You agree not to:

  • use the website for any unlawful purpose;

  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;

  • introduce viruses or other harmful material;

  • copy, scrape or reuse the website's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
