Email Policy

Outvero (Outvero Ltd, ICO reference C2042658) contacts businesses, never consumers, in line with the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Every mailbox we send from, including our dedicated sending domains such as outverogrowth.co.uk, follows the rules below.

Our rules

  • No mass mailing: we do not send bulk mailings, newsletters or blasts. Every person we email is chosen individually: a named decision maker at a UK business, whose role is relevant to the message.

  • Business contacts only: we only email people at their work address, about their work. Contact details come from public professional sources and reputable B2B data providers, and are verified before we send.

  • No sole traders or partnerships without consent, or where the law otherwise allows it.

  • Low volume: each mailbox sends a small number of individually addressed emails a day.

  • Short sequences that stop on reply: no more than three emails to any person in a campaign, and we stop as soon as they reply.

  • Easy opt-out, honoured at once: every email says who it is from and how to opt out. Anyone who opts out or asks not to be contacted goes on a permanent suppression list, so neither we nor any of our clients contact them again.

  • Plain, honest emails: real name and company, no deceptive subject lines, and no links, attachments or tracking.

Any mailbox or domain that breaks this policy is taken out of use.
